The next suspension techniques tutorial

In this week’s video tutorial, I show how to extend the hip rope by adding additional single column ties into a hip and upper thigh tie very similar to one used by Kazami Ranki for a transition from a face up to inverted suspension. Of course, that’s not the only use. In the future tutorials, we’ll show you this and some of the other ways it can be used, plus how to extend it further.

Please be aware that inverted suspensions can be extremely dangerous and unforgiving of mistakes. A broken neck is a very real risk if something goes wrong, so be very sure that not only your tying but also your kit is up to scratch.
